In Oceanside, street parking is allowed. The owner has owned this property for the past 25 years and street parking has rarely been a problem. During this 2 year period, tenants and Vacationers have reported that most of the time they can find a parking space within 1-3 car lengths from the front of the building. The exceptions to this are on “big beach days”, e.g. Memorial Day Holiday and weekends, e.g. May 30th, Fourth of July Holiday and weekend, and Labor Day Holiday and weekend. During these times it makes sense to plan of being at the beach all day and if you are returning to the beach, to come back in the evening. Please note that on Monday’s and Tuesday’s there is street cleaning in the morning, so please read the posted street signs and move your vehicle to a location where parking is permitted.
